Tianjin University Tianbo International Trade Co., Ltd. is affiliated to the Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of Tianjin University, which is the National Key Laboratory of Internal Combustion Engines. The founder, Shi Shaoxi, once worked at Swansea College of the University of Wales and is the founder of China's internal combustion engine. The company was established in 2001 with the Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of Tianjin University as its technical support.
